By accessing or using ResonateOS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

ResonateOS is a publishing platform that allows users to create blogs, publish content, manage subscribers, and monetize through memberships. The Service includes web-based tools for content creation, email distribution, payment processing, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and publish through the Service. By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to publish content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Contains malware, spam, or deceptive content
• Impersonates others or misrepresents your identity

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Authorize recurring charges for subscription plans
• Accept that subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

Payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 14 days of purchase for annual plans, or within 7 days for monthly plans.

6. Reader Memberships

If you offer paid memberships to your readers through the Service, you are responsible for delivering the promised content and handling any disputes with your subscribers. We facilitate payments through Stripe Connect but are not a party to transactions between you and your readers.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Send unsolicited emails or spam
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Scrape or collect data without permission
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
